. Peterhouse maps & directions. Location of Peterhouse, etc Peterhouse is located in a town called Marondera. Marondera is a small town situated east of Zimbabwe‘s capital city, Harare. It’s about 72 kilometers (44.7 miles) east of Harare. Peterhouse is located just further ahead of Marondera’s central business district, about 10 kilometers (6 miles). The road (highway) from Harare to Marondera (and to Peterhouse) is called Harare-Mutare road. (or simply Mutare road). This is because the road goes all the way far east to a town called Mutare. Mutare is the fourth largest city in Zimbabwe (Harare first, then Bulawayo, Gweru third). Thus getting to Perterhouse is easy -just getting on a straight route, on the Harare-Mutare road. Once you pass Marondera you’ll see Peterhouse after driving for about 10 kilometers (6 miles). You won’t miss it since the entrance has two large wall pillars of stone with Peterhouse written on them. Below are map illustrations.
